2. service description
CloudCrown Hosting offers services in the areas of web hosting, cloud servers and dedicated server solutions. Various web hosting packages and highly scalable cloud servers are available. The details of the individual services and their specifications can be viewed on our website.
3. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded when the customer completes the purchase with direct payment and thus agrees to these General Terms and Conditions. The contract term depends on the selected service and is usually 30 days. Contracts are automatically renewed if no payment is more than 15 days overdue. In exceptional cases, the contract can be terminated prematurely.
4. Prices and terms of payment
Customers can choose between monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual payment intervals. Payments are due on the completion date of the service. If payment is more than 3 days overdue, the service will be blocked, and after 15 days it will be suspended. Accepted payment methods are PayPal, credit card and internal credit.
5. Service disruptions and liability
In the event of failures or disruptions, customers will be informed by pop-up or by an announcement. In exceptional cases, a refund may be granted. CloudCrown Hosting assumes no liability for failures, data loss or other damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
6. Termination of contract
Terminations can be made with a notice period of 30 days to the next contractual date. Extraordinary terminations shall be handled according to the type of incident. In the event of termination of the contract by CloudCrown Hosting, the following measures, among others, will be taken:
Immediate deactivation of the website.
Termination of the contract without warning in the event of violations of the terms of use.
Notification of the competent authorities in the event of illegal content.
Withholding of advance payments.
Claims for damages in the event of misuse of the services.
Blacklist entry for future contracts.
Information to affected third-party providers and legal action in the event of significant damage.
Data transfer to authorities and public notification in extreme cases.
7. Data protection and data security
CloudCrown Hosting collects, stores and processes customer data in strict compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Data security is ensured by regular backups and encryption measures. Data is only passed on to third parties in cases prescribed by law.
8. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The place of jurisdiction is the District Court of See-Gaster, Bahnhofstrasse 4, 8730 Uznach SG, Switzerland. Swiss law shall apply. Should any provision of this contract be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision in a legally permissible manner.

CloudCrown Hosting reserves the right to amend these GTC. Customers will be informed of planned changes at least 30 days in advance. The changes come into force after the deadline has expired, unless an objection is raised. Customers have the right to terminate the contract extraordinarily in the event of changes to the GTC. - Availability and SLA: The guaranteed availability of the services is 99.9%. If this guarantee is not met, customers may receive a credit note or a discount.

- Backup and data recovery: CloudCrown Hosting performs regular backups. However, customers are also responsible for backing up their data.
- Resource usage and fair use policy: The use of resources is subject to clear limits. Excessive consumption can lead to restrictions.
- Termination conditions: Refunds for early termination are generally excluded.
- Limitations of liability: CloudCrown Hosting is not liable for downtime, data loss or security incidents, except in cases of force majeure.
- Domain registration and management: Customers are responsible for complying with the registration guidelines. CloudCrown Hosting may take action in the event of disputes over domains.
